Hämmerle Textiles Limited was established in 2006 as a joint venture of F.M.Hämmerle Textilwerke GmbH & Co KG, Dornbirn, Austria (Est.1836) and Oswal Group, India. Prior to this a MOU was signed in 2005 between these two organizations. Due to a lot of common ground between the companies, both in their corporate philosophy and in the areas of products and services, now new fabric business of Oswal Group will be able to provide new impetus for growth.
